With over 25 years’ experience, we trust our skills as a builder and know that the client is our primary focus in the remodeling process. We recognize that remodeling can be stressful and, at times, a bit inconvenient. By keeping open lines of communication and approaching every project as a collaboration, project-induced anxiety becomes more manageable. Clients know the schedule, who will be on the project, and what to expect. Simply being “in the loop” can prove very empowering throughout a time when the comforts of home are a work in progress. Consultation & Design
While most people have a great idea of their goals for a project, not everyone is as clear on where to start or how to get there. We can help! We’ll listen to your ideas, review your current home design, and develop a project scope and plans to meet your goals and budget. We know that it often takes several iterations to get it right and are committed to taking as much or as little time as you need to make decisions. We also realize that, as a creative endeavor, new ideas emerge throughout the process and plans change—that’s fine, too! While we are as eager as you are to get the job done, making sure you are happy with the project of your dreams is our utmost priority!
